i look at this month’s trendy fashion journals
featuring the most wealthy, healthy & beautiful
women of all time
i see a gallery of
tortured souls
i pray for post political times
& find a congress willing to tell
the majority of the American people
& their climate
to go to hell
i witness a country
so addicted to rage
it has forgotten how to
make peace
