Cigarette smokers
Have been asked to refrain
from smoking
Except in the back of the
aircraft,
And are no longer permitted
to smoke in restaurants.
I still happen to smoke a pipe
or an occasional cigar--
They asked me to withdraw
to the back porch––
But there is no back porch!
Somehow, I'll have to
find my way
Back to some earlier Century
When a man was free and
could take his own chances.
